What format will the photos be provided in?

All photos provided in digital format as JPEG. They can be opened in your photo app of choice and used directly in all your social network apps.

Will the watermarks show on purchased photos?

No, purchased photos will not include the watermarks shown in the previews.

When will I receive my photos?

Photos are available immediately when payment is done online via credit card, Zapper or Paypal. EFT and other payments may take up to 2 business days to process

Can I get a more detailed view of a photo before I purchase it?

Yes, you're welcome to use our magnification view of any photos you're interested in. Simply preview the photo then click the zoom icon from the side panel. Hover or tap any area of the photo to see a more detailed view.

What happens if a photo I purchase is out of focus?

We'll be more than happy to exchange or refund any photos that are out of focus or grainy.
