Which price plan is right for me?: The Essential plan provides everything you need to start selling online and works on a pay as you go basis. The Prime plan offers more features, bells and whistles for a fixed monthly subscription fee. It works great when selling regularly.
What percentage of sales will I earn when I'm getting started?: At the start, you'll earn 80% of each sale on standard events. As you sell more regularly you may qualify for a higher percentage of sales.
How do I qualify to earn 85% of sales?: As your average monthly sales volume reaches R5000, you'll automatically qualify to earn 85% per sale on standard events.
How do I qualify to earn 90% of sales?: When you are subscribed to a payment plan and your average monthly sales volume reaches R20000, you'll automatically qualify to earn 90% per sale on standard events.
When are my earnings paid out?: When you get started, earnings will be paid out once a month. If you are subscribed to a payment plan you may choose to switch to weekly schedule.
What is the minimum payout amount?: When your earnings balance is above R350 at the cut off date, you'll be included in the payout run. If your balance is insufficiant, it will simply roll over to the next run.
