If I may add a comment: What I do feel / wish could be improved upon is the medals ceremony - because that is the moment they work so hard for, and it would be so great to have a picture of that special moment where they actually receive their medal. From the few times we've been involved, there's always only ever a lucky few of which that shot was taken. Perhaps the organisers can incorporate an opportunity for you to get closer for this, or even just take a picture of the medal winners together?"
